Dance Fitness is a cardio workout with simple, fun, choreographed routines, which can be adapted to suit your own fitness and ability level.
With every week a different music theme this class is designed to improve strength, stamina, coordination and well-being, guaranteed to raise spirits as well as heartbeats!
Pilates classes are ideal for those new to Pilates, as we take down the pace and intensity of your more advanced class. However, challenges and adaptations are available for those with a little more experience! Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body, focusing on posture, mobility, balance and flexibility. A low impact form of exercise, perfect for overall health and well-being.
